August 19 Day 49 London On to Kitchener On 65 Kilometers 40 Miles 1263 climbing

It's our hump day today, so Humphrey is on the bike. Today is going to be a fun day. We are going to
Kitchener/Waterloo, this is where Google Canada is located. Sharon's son, John works there.
On the road and we've already ridden on gravel this morning.
These headstones were in a huge open area all grouped together. After I took the photo I talked with two ladies to find out why. They told me that the cemetery was shut down. The names of those in the cemetery were put on these headstones and grouped together. I didn't ask them what happened to the people buried there and their headstones.
OMG. Another gravel road. We all have actually gotten use these roads and find them a lot of fun. No traffic.
We got to our turn in the road and this beautiful church was there. It is now someone's home.
At our next turn we found these guys. I called them over for a photo opt and they were most obliging.
Since we started this adventure. Jim have been stung 4 times while on the bike. The first 3 were in the first two weeks of the trip. You can tell by his face that he got another one 2 days ago. This one made him all itchy.
Sharon along with Nancy put this trip together. This is her son John that works for Google and has arranged for us to have lunch and a tour of the Google facilty
At Google they have what the call a bike cage. The racks were really efficient and easy to use.
When we got to their lunch room this was up on their black board.
Here everyone is at lunch. It was great. There wasn't any peanut butter in sight. They did have ice cream! Yea!
They have these nap rooms and a nap area. We all decided to pile into this one.
The people at Google have a thing about Star Wars. Offices are named after things from Star Wars and lots of phrases are around the building.
I know I am as tall as Darth
This is for all of you Star Wars enthusiast. They have a great idea. All around the building the walls are white board.
Headed to the hotel in town there were all these bike racks around. I was amazed that the color of the bike locked up was the same as the rack.
Jim and I took the pups for a long walk through the neighborhood. Below is a nominee for the hard of the month. This  area of the city the houses are from the mid 30's. They are all vibrant with kids playing and as we walked you hear the conversations coming from the houses as families settled in for dinner and the evening. It made us smile.
