July 13 Day 13 Lolo ID to Missoula MT. 57 miles 2051 climbing

This is the early morning photo starting down the road. We are on our way to climb Lo Lo Pass. It is the first of many climbs to come. Jim and I rode through this area back in 1992 traveling self contained on our tandem pulling a trailer. This area holds a special place in our hearts.
Jim riding to the top of Lo Lo Pass.  Glad to have that done. The rest of the ride was downhill into Missoula ,Mt.
I thought it was cool to have a sign letting everyone know it was now a time zone change.
Can't say I've ever seen anything like that before.

Roger Hardman was excited to see these Angus cattle. He raises them back home in Texas.
This is Lo Lo Peak.
I ask this fellow if he had caught anything this morning. He said no not yet, but I'm having a great time.
Dog was really watching the water as well
This shot was taken on a bridge in Missoula on the way to our hotel. Had to stop and take this photo.
Sunday, tomorrow is a rest day, which we are ready for. Time to regroup. We've gotten the next weeks maps. Headed out to the Big Sky Country.
