This is the Montana Bar. Quite famous, established in 1893. In 1900 and for 7 years it was a saddle making establishment owned by Charles Coggshall. In 1908 James Kenny bought it and moved it next door where it still is today.it has the original Bar, Back Bar, the are partisions at the front that have a bullet hole in one pane of glass, pressed tin ceiling, paddle fans, an Italian terrazzo tile floor(that is beautiful) and also a porcelain urinal and marble - walled stall. There is more history there to read about and pictures to see. Besides that it's a cool bar and a great lunch. We are going back to dinner at the Montana Steak House beside the bar.
