2015 Summer Vacation July 1 thru July 4

These are the entries for my missing days because of my cranky camera.
July 1
Chris catches up with us and we are going on a ride through Milwaukee. ThE kids are taking care
Of everything for the services this evening
The trails around Milwaukee are a lot of fun. We are on our way downtown.  Along the way Chris
Tells us some of the history of the area.
The Indian above sits in the middle of the median in front of the Potowatme Indian Casino
This crab raises his claw in front of the Twisted Fisherman Bar and Grill where w have lunch on the
Way back to the trailer.
At an intersection downtown I saw this on the side of a building. Pretty neat.
The trail winds along the shore of Lake Michigan. In the distance another part of downtown.

Sailboats in the harbor. It is so pretty. I have keep reminding myself that I have been here in the winter.
Man oh man is it cold there.

While crossing a bridge Jim found the moon and I found the sun on the road.
This is the front of Kegel's that has been a part of Chris's life forever.

Mary and Chris A&E engaged now. He has asked Jim to be his best man. That is really quite special.
We had to make sure of the date. December 21st in Milwaukee, Wi. We asked him did he realize how cold it is in Milwaukee in December.

So with that said. Here is the groom and his best man!
InsideThe Kegel Inn Julian (Chris' son) and I take a selfi with my camera.
As you leave the restaurant you will find this writing and schetches.
July 2 & 3
We have hurried by to Indiana. We are back at the RV Park we were in before.
On our way to Mikes Cottage we pass this barn. I was curious about the shape of the roof.
Jim asked Mike and he told him it is a hay barn.
Mike and Di's cottage is located on Yellow Creek Lake. It is a small lake from their shore you can look all the way around and see shore.
Masey has this toy collection that is huge. She and Amaya spend a lot of time playing with it.

Jennifer and Cam relax on the pontoon boat. It is a 4 hour drive to their parents home. With Cam working a night shift at a Ford Motor Plant. He is ready to nap.
Doogie is on jet ski patrol. He loves to bark like crazy at them. Fun for him, however can get annoying
For the rest of us.
This barn is on the road to their house. They are disasemblin it. Each day you by there is just a little less of it.
July 4th
Arriving at the Akron Fire Department the fireman are cooking up their annual pancake breakfast .
They have this pancake making machine. They can really crank me out! And are they tasty!
The whole town comes out for this, plus all the neighboring towns.
Everyone comes out for this parade. Here an Amish family is settling for what will be a really long parade. There must have been 30 tractors, 25 police cars, 30 corvettes of all years, bands,
And tons of people throwing out tons of candy. Now this catches up the blank space from
The entry starting July 2 thru July 10.
